EA & Office Manager Job Description
Marcilly Recruitment’s business intelligence and security consultancy client are looking for a bright, proactive and personable EA & Office Manager to support the CEO, COO and wider team when necessary. This is a really meaty role that will cover front, middle and back office, working closely with clients and the COO to manage operations. You will then be able to support the CEO in a business and private capacity, he said anything to make his life more efficient so he can focus on expanding the business. This really is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own in a growing and dynamic firm.
The CEO is really personable and runs an adult working environment, there is no clock watching and there is flexibility to work from home one day a week. They want someone with a proactive, muck in attitude who can be trusted to manage their own workload as you will be given autonomy to do so. The more you ask for the more you will be given and able to grow within the firm.
The content of the work is hugely interesting and you will work with some very interesting UHNW / HNW clients as well as corporate clients looking to expand in high risk areas. There is the opportunity to get involved in client research and help the whole team in managing a variety of different projects.
There are 15 based in the offices in Mayfair as well as four internationally. It is a very collaborative team environment that is non-hierarchical. They want someone who will fit in well socially with the team as they like to go to the pub on a Thursday. They also need someone who is able to upwards manage people in a diplomatic way in order to get things done. They need someone with the personality to work closely with the whole team – a down to earth, warm and engaging EA & Office Manager.
Salary: £35K - £45K depending on experience
Benefits: generous bonus depending on company and individual performance; 25 days holiday + Christmas and NY (just being on your phone if anything is required but this is very little if ever), gym membership, pension and company trips + shared ownership after some years of service (to be decided)

* Diary management for the CEO and COO
* Travel booking – flights, hotels, chauffeurs and ground transport, visas and even security at times
* Supporting the CEO and the wider team in the office (15)
* Finance management – invoicing, credit card reconciliation and expense management
* Conducting extensive research on behalf of clients, projects and ahead of meetings on individuals and companies etc.
* Formatting documents, proof reading, reporting and presentation production
* Office and facilities management
* Contract management and NDAs
* Ad hoc office administration
* HR management – keeping employee records, onboarding, offboarding etc.
* Event management and company away days and off sites as well as annual sales event - organising venue, food, keynote speakers etc.
* Private support to the CEO
* Marketing activities, including managing the website, creating new BD collateral
* Besides more traditional PA duties, the successful candidate will contribute to, and at times take the lead, on various group projects and activities.
