The position has been newly created and you will be supporting the Executive leadership on a global scale. You will be joining a close-knit team, operating as Executive Assistant to the UK Managing Director and providing wider support to HR/Office functions. This is a unique hybrid role combining office management with high-level EA support to senior leadership across Europe.
The Role:
The role will be split between providing high-level EA support to the UK Managing Director, and overseeing office operations in coordination with HR. We're looking for someone who excels across the following:
* Complex diary and travel management for senior leadership
* Coordinating calls and meetings
* Ad hoc personal support to the UK Managing Director
* Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
* Overseeing facilities and office maintenance alongside HR
Experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
