Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join part of an amazing team? If the answer is yes, then we have the role for you Omega Red Group are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our Lightning Protection team and become an integral part of the Compliance network working from our Head Office in Bulwell, Nottingham.

The Role

* Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, the successful candidate will be required to offer full, comprehensive technical support to internal stakeholders and clients via email and over the phone
* The role will involve processing certificates and remedial quotations based on site inspections carried out by our lightning protection engineers. It is an integral part of this role that certificates are processed and issued promptly ensuring we are maintaining our internal and client SLAs
* Interpreting technical data submitted by engineers with support from management and peers to ensure accurate information is issued to clients
* Maintaining and supporting the day-to-day management of external portals for several key clients
* You will be the first point of call for many customer enquiries following engineer's site visits, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
* Maintain and update internal databases, records, and filing system

What You'll Need
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. They will be pro-active, a multi-tasking team player and can work under pressure and stick to deadlines.

Experience of working within the lightning protection sector or a similar technical industry would be advantageous. Full training for the appropriate candidate will be provided to expand their transferable skills/knowledge.

Proficient in using bespoke CRM systems and Microsoft Office, you will be a confident self-starter with an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and use of initiative. Strong literacy skills are core to this role.
