My client is looking for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant with lunchtime responsibilities, ready to play a vital role in the emotional and educational growth of young learners. Split role with variety—25 hours as a Teaching Assistant, 5 hours as a Midday Supervisor Assistant (MDSA). Actual salary range: £14,109 – £14,349, with additional hourly pay for MDSA at £12.28/hour (pro-rata). Helping children develop confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills. Assisting in lesson planning, delivery, and behaviour support. Supporting the emotional wellbeing of pupils and encouraging social development. Maintaining accurate records and liaising with teachers, SENDCo, and parents. Providing inclusive support during lunchtime duties and ensuring pupil safety. About You Be able to do the job as described. Have experience working with primary-aged pupils with additional needs. Understand and respect the highly confidential nature of the role. Hold (or be working toward) a Level 3 qualification in childcare—desirable but not essential.
