Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the senior care sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents while fostering a supportive and efficient working environment for staff. Duties
* Supervise and support care staff in delivering exceptional care to residents in a care home setting.
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to meet the needs of each resident.
* Lead by example, promoting best practices in senior care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Facilitate effective communication among team members, residents, and their families to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
* Monitor staff performance, providing guidance and support as necessary to foster professional development.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and staff performance using IT systems.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care sector or similar environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
* Familiarity with developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation effectively.
