What You'll Be Doing:
As our Business Admin Coordinator, you'll be right at the heart of the action. You'll be the go-to person for our customers – answering questions, guiding them through print options, and making sure their journey goes smoothly. You'll also support our Business Development Manager with client accounts and projects, while keeping the wheels turning with admin tasks and database management.
Your Day-to-Day
* Customer Service: Be the friendly point of contact for customer queries.
* Print Projects: Share advice and guidance to help customers bring their ideas to life.
* Team Support: Assist the Business Development Manager with client accounts and projects.
* Admin & Organisation: Keep things running smoothly with a variety of admin tasks.
* Database Management: Stay on top of orders and customer details using our bespoke system.
* Customer Journey Ownership: Take charge of the customer experience, solving challenges and making sure every project runs smoothly.
