Job Description We are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Success Executive to join our growing team in Peterlee. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their skills in sales, customer relationship management, and client communication. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be a key point of contact for both new and existing customers — handling a mix of outbound cold calls, account management conversations, and inbound queries. Your role will play a vital part in representing our brand, growing our customer base, and ensuring our partners and clients receive an excellent level of service. Job Requirements What We’re Looking For A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making outbound cold calls and building rapport quickly Strong organisational and time management skills Good attention to detail and ability to work independently Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or call centre environment is preferred but not essential Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services Conduct regular account management calls with existing customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities Handle inbound calls and queries from retail partners, clients, and customers, providing accurate and helpful support Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information Meet or exceed individual and team-based KPIs and performance targets Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution Provide feedback to the Head of Field Operations on trends, opportunities, and challenges from customer conversations Support for the field team with systems, sales, processes and outreach.
