M&A Manager / Associate Director – PE-Backed Business Services Platform
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed buy-and-build business Services platform looking to hire an M&A Manager / Associate Director into its in-house deal team.
This is a deal lead role within a highly acquisitive environment, offering the chance work closely with an experienced leadership team driving an ambitious growth strategy.
The business has completed a significant number of acquisitions over recent years and continues to see strong deal flow across a fragmented market.
The role:
* Lead acquisitions from origination through to completion
* Financial analysis, valuation and modelling
* Manage DD processes and advisors
* Prepare investment materials for senior stakeholders
* Support negotiations and transaction execution
* Work closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
* Exposure to integration and broader value creation activity
Looking for:
* 2-4 years in a in-house M&A / corporate development team
* Likely ACA trained
* Strong financial modelling and execution capability
* Comfortable running multiple live workstreams simultaneously
* Commercial, proactive and able to operate autonomously
* Personality and EQ to engage effectively with founders/owner-managed businesses
