Your new role
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing inboxes, handling enquiries and directing information to the right people.
2. Preparing documents, updating databases and maintaining accurate electronic records.
3. Assisting colleagues with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry and producing reports.
4. Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders to provide clear, timely information.
5. Ensuring all administrative processes are followed and supporting improvements where needed.
