Location & Hours
Peterborough Branch – 35 hours per week on a rota (Monday to Saturday, 8:00‑18:00).
Contract
12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
* Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
* Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
* Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
* Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face‑to‑face or telephony).
* Effective communication skills with customers to understand their needs.
* Strong desire to go above and beyond for customers.
* Team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach.
* Willingness to engage in a broad range of activities, even outside standard expectations.
* Adaptability to grow and change with business needs and priorities.
Benefits & Salary
Salary range: £25,000.00 – £31,579.00 per annum (based on a standard 35‑hour week, dependent on experience).
* 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 26 days after 5 years of service).
