Job Title: Treatment Coordinator

Location: London, Chelsea (SW3)

Salary: £35k – £40k (Depending on Experience)

Type: Full Time (every Saturday required)

Clinic Hours: 10am – 7pm


Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and personable Treatment Coordinator to join a leading aesthetics clinic in Chelsea, London. In this role, you will work side by side with the Doctor during patient consultations and treatments, supporting her and ensuring every patient enjoys a seamless, professional, and reassuring experience.


Key Responsibilities

* Set up treatment rooms and prepare notes; take detailed records during consultations and treatments.
* Provide in-treatment support to ensure the Doctor has everything required and that patients feel fully supported.
* Guide patients on treatment plans, skincare products, and packages; refer to other specialists within the clinic where appropriate.
* Coordinate patient journeys from consultation to aftercare.
* Communicate with patients via phone, email, and messaging with professionalism and warmth.
* Manage bookings, rescheduling, payments, and patient record updates accurately.
* Occasionally stay later to assist when the Doctor is running behind schedule.
* Support clinic campaigns, retail sales, and patient feedback initiatives.
* Ensure every patient interaction reflects high standards of confidentiality, empathy, and care.


About You / Qualifications

* 2–3 years’ experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or front-of-house role within aesthetics, dental, or medical clinics.
* Comfortable working chairside with a doctor, assisting during treatments and documenting notes in real time.
* Strong understanding of patient coordination, from scheduling and treatment planning to package and product management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional manner.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple clinicians’ diaries and prioritise in a busy clinic setting.
* Proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring the patient journey is seamless and well-documented.
* Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service, including staying late when necessary.
