Milk Education is seeking a motivated and creative Year 3 Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L9). This is a warm and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
✨ The Role
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: November
Contract: Temporary (week-to-week) with the possibility of a longer-term role
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills in a welcoming, forward-thinking school.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 across the Primary Curriculum
Support pupils’ academic and personal development through creative, inspiring teaching
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Track pupil progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly
Collaborate with staff and parents to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS
Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum, especially for Year 3
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
