OneMedical Group has expanded in Milton Keynes, delivering exceptional care services across three sites: Brooklands, Whitehouse, and Neath Hill surgeries since 1st September 2023.
We are looking for a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join our dynamic team at Brooklands Health Centre. Whether you are an experienced GP or just starting your journey, we want to hear from you!
This is a part-time, permanent role with 34 hours per week. We value work-life balance and offer flexible shift patterns to suit your needs. We are happy to discuss tailored arrangements during the interview.
Your Role
As a GP with OneMedical Group, you will:
* Manage a mix of telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments.
* Deliver planned and urgent primary care tailored to patient needs.
* Support patients with complex or long-term conditions to promote wellbeing.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to the wider MDT.
* Maintain high standards of evidence-based, patient-focused care.
What We’re Looking For
We seek individuals who are:
* GMC-registered and on the GP Specialty Register (essential).
* Experienced in primary or urgent care, or newly qualified and eager to grow.
* Included on the Performers List (essential).
* Excellent communicators and organized professionals committed to high-quality care.

You will be part of a supportive local team working closely with a diverse Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), including Practice Nurses, ACPs, Wellbeing Advisors, and more. You will also benefit from guidance and resources from our NHS Services Leadership Team and central Support Centre.
