You’re not stuck supporting one office or one set of systems. One minute you’re helping onboard a new user in Microsoft 365, the next you’re diving into a tricky network issue, and five minutes later you’re working with a senior engineer to crack a 2nd line problem.

The Role

Based in our Farnborough office, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients’ end-users. This is a full-time, office-based role, and because we support IT companies around the clock, you might need to be flexible with working hours.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

* Tackle incoming queries via phone and email
* Log, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of IT issues
* Help users with apps like 365 and G Suite
* Set up new accounts, reset passwords, and configure devices
* Work alongside senior engineers on escalated tickets
* Escalate issues to third parties where needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re not obsessed with years of experience, we’re looking for attitude. If you’re the type who wants to learn fast, get stuck in, and take on as much as you can, you’ll fit right in.

Skills that will help:

* Confident communicator with great customer service skills
* Experience troubleshooting desktops (big plus if you’ve dabbled in networking)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PCs, laptops, and tablets
* ITF+, A+, MS900 or AZ900 certs = bonus points
