Primary Teaching Assistant : Intervention and Booster Support
Aspire People are seeking a skilled Primary Teaching Assistant with strong curriculum knowledge to deliver targeted intervention and booster sessions within a primary school.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked within a UK primary classroom and is confident leading small groups to raise attainment.
The Role:
Delivering small:group interventions in Maths, English, and phonics
Supporting pupils who require additional help to meet age:related expectations
Assisting with planning and adapting resources for intervention work
Tracking pupil progress and reporting outcomes to teaching staff
Supporting SATs preparation (KS1/KS2 where applicable)
Providing occasional classroom support when required
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have recent UK primary school experience
Confident delivering interventions independently
Strong understanding of phonics and core subjects
Able to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities
Organised and able to track pupil progress effectively
