This role offers the chance to work on expressive, AI‑powered 3D characters — built in‑house using industry‑standard tools and the PBR pipeline — and bring them to life in real‑time. You’ll be the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, with the autonomy to improve workflows, performance, and visual fidelity from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building shaders, VFX, and lighting setups using Shader Graph and Unity systems
• Supporting facial animation pipelines — visemes, blend shapes, lip‑sync
• Creating tools and scripts to streamline workflows for artists and animators
• Integrating and optimising 3D assets, rigs, and animations in Unity for real‑time performance

What You’ll Need to Bring

• 4+ years as a Technical Artist in Unity, ideally in games or interactive media
• Demonstrable lighting and shading experience in Unity is essential
• Strong grasp of real‑time asset workflows, lighting, VFX, and optimisation
• Hands‑on experience with Shader Graph, post‑processing, and Unity HDRP
• Solid understanding of animation pipelines — rigging, blend shapes, viseme integration
