Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this is an opportunity to build the organisation's reward function from the ground up. You'll design and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy, design the compensation framework, conduct benchmarking studies, and develop analytics dashboards to support decision-making. You'll shape performance management process and partner with the wider HR team to ensure compliance and seamless delivery of all reward processes.
You will have 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with strong reward design expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills, gained within a global insurance organisation or consulting environment. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, along with experience using HR systems such as Workday.
