Senior ESG & HR Project Manager, Business Operations, Business Change, Business Outcomes, PMP, Prince 2, Agile, Remote
We are seeking a Senior ESG & HR Project Manager to join a Professional Services business based in Central London. The role offers a hybrid working model, with in-office presence approximately twice a week and the remainder from home.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Project Manager with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven stakeholder management experience. The focus is on managing stakeholders efficiently in a time-sensitive environment, emphasizing effectiveness and personalized engagement.
Key requirements include:
* Experience in Professional Services or a closely related industry
* Knowledge of HR, ESG, or Social Impact projects is highly desirable
* This is a business-facing role with a focus on operational processes, not an IT Project Manager position
* Strong business stakeholder management skills, particularly with 'time-precious' stakeholders
* Experience managing complex programs with significant change management
* Proven track record of full project lifecycle delivery
* Ability to analyze initiatives and allocate resources based on value and change impact
* Clear articulation of personal responsibilities, techniques used, and outcomes achieved
* Skills in mapping plans, conducting cost and SWOT analyses
* Understanding of SDLC
* Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members, including Project Managers and Business Analysts
