Please apply through the link. As a Paralegal Apprentice you will be fundamental to the effective and efficient functioning of our legal teams, and you will be valued as a key member of our firm. You will build an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to your practice area through legal research. You will draft documents and assist with legal matters and transactions. You will provide support on a range of tasks, working closely with fee earners and go the extra mile in support of our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: · Support fee earners in progressing client matters · Assisting in opening, managing and closing files · Manage data records · Reviewing documents · Collating court bundles · Attending meetings and minute taking · Collating transactional documentation · Carrying our factual and legal research · Handling confidential and sensitive information · Communicating verbally and in writing with a range of internal and external stakeholders · Drafting forms and legal documents Where practice group appropriate, and with the relevant support you will have the opportunity to get involved in business development activities, such as article writing, supporting seminars and events.
