We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to coordinate and facilitate the strategic delivery of A Place to Grow, and the partnership working and governance structures that support it. This post will be critical to the success of the vision, through supporting senior leaders to stay true to the strategic intent, ambition and spirit of a Place to Grow. The successful applicant will be experienced in strategic planning and coordination, implementing policy, facilitating outcomes aligned with reducing inequalities and supporting community participation. They will be able to operate in an agile and political environment ensuring strong collaboration between public, business, third sector and community stakeholders. They will also be proficient and confident in the use of digital and emerging AI tools and have good data analytical skills. Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
