We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Night Manager to join a fantastic team at the Lanesborough .

Candidate Profile
As a Night Manager, you will lead by example in delivering a seamless and exceptional guest experience throughout the night. With a hands-on approach and a calm, solutions-focused mindset, you will oversee nightly operations, support the Front Office team, and ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests. You will be confident in making decisions, handling guest requests with discretion and professionalism, and communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a smooth overnight transition. A keen eye for detail is essential, particularly when overseeing the night audit process and ensuring accurate reporting. You will have previous leadership experience in a Front Office or night operations role, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishmentis essential and experience in the luxury L ondon market would be preferred.
Ensure a friendly and pleasant environment for all guests ensuring that Guest Recognition is at the forefront of service.
Handle all guest enquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner, ensuring all issues are rectified to the guests full satisfacti on.
Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
Immaculate grooming standards
Ability to work on own initiative is essential
Be available, flexible and willing to work permanent night shift pattern is essential
Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred
