Business Development Manager | Contract Packing - Food | UK | Up to £60k + uncapped commission

You will be responsible for:
* Identifying and researching new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers
* Building and nurturing relationships while project managing across the sales cycle
* Developing and managing a sales pipeline, best utilising the CRM system
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and analyse reports to assist business decisions
* Travelling across the UK to meet with clients and provide consultative solutions for their requirements
Key attributes required:
* Proven track record of building relationships, managing customers, and growing revenue within the cartons packaging industry
* Excellent new business development skills, including pipeline management, creating sales proposals, and closing deals
* The ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organisation
* Able to travel across the UK and at times Europe to visit clients
* Experience in the packaging manufacturing industry with a Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of sales
