Pay and Benefits
* £12.56 per hour (£24,495 per annum)
* Hours: Monday to Friday
* Company Pension with up to 5% matching
* Life insurance: 3.5 times your salary
* Small team environment (8-9 people)

Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, provide technical advice, and resolve complaints.
* Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Maintain professional telephone manners with external and internal customers.
* Proactively minimize order delays and keep customers and colleagues informed.
* Advise customers about product and service updates.
* Update customer records accurately and in real-time.
* Make decisions appropriate to the role and communicate potential impacts.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet customer deadlines.
* Stay updated on industry developments and focus on personal development.
* Follow quality standards and health and safety guidelines.
* Maintain a tidy, safe working environment and practice good housekeeping.
* Reflect company values and lead by example.
Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent PC and administrative skills
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Experience in a customer service environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
