About Our Client
The client is a leading organisation within the Retail industry with international presence. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior Sales Order Processor to join them on a permanent basis to be based in their office in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B Sales Order Processing, as well as having excellent customer service skills.
Job Description
As a Senior Sales Order Processor, your key responsibilities will include:
3. Act as the first point of contact for any incoming customer queries, via phone, email or online
4. Manage the Sales Order Processing process from end to end, ensuring communication with all parties and to resolve and communicate any delays
5. Maintain strong customer relationships with key customers
6. Provide administrative support to the sales team
7. Reporting on stock levels
8. Liaise closely with supply chain team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
9. Be an experienced customer service professional ideally with B2B Order Processing experience
10. Friendly, approachable with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
11. Proficient with IT and inputting data on systems, as well as MS Office
12. Self motivated and willing to learn
13. Live locally to Milton Keynes
