About the role
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and support customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant, keeping shelves stocked, and verifying prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support the local community through involvement in activities and events.
