School Site Manager (Supply Basis)
Requirement: Must have a DBS on the updated service or willing to pay for one.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Site Manager to work in schools across the Chesterfield area on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs across the school site.
* Ensure all school facilities and equipment are in good working order.
* Ensure the security of the school buildings and grounds, including locking and unlocking the premises.
* Conduct regular security checks and address any issues promptly.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the school premises.
* Maintain the school grounds, including gardening, lawn care, and general upkeep.
The successful candidate will:
* Previous experience in a caretaking, maintenance, or similar role.
* Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be available for split shifts per day (5:00am - 9:30am / 15:00pm - 18:00pm)
