We are starting an innovative development program to enhance business and leadership
skills, so you are prepared to tackle tomorrow’s challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for Exolum colleagues and external candidate who meet all the requirements.
The aim is to develop future leaders of Exolum through an International Business Programme, working in UK and Spain over a 5 year period, which will include immersing yourself into Exolum’s culture as well as experiencing different business activities, that will provide learning and development opportunities to enhance your career.
In this international rotation program you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise across a variety of different departments and countries .

Requirements
1. Batchelor’s Degree in Engineering
2. Master’s degree in Business Administration
3. 2 to 3 years demonstrable experience in the field
4. Willing to relocate internationally on a regular basis over a five year period
5. English and Spanish language: bilingual level
6. Be willing to embark on an international mobility programme
