This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Customer Services Assistant. The Document Management team plays a pivotal role in facilitating Global Trade.
In this role, you will:
* Provide high-quality service to customers, efficiently processing documents and preparing outgoing letters, while minimizing operational errors.
* Maintain oversight of ongoing work to ensure timely processing of instructions.
* Identify and raise concerns about work items stuck in the process, challenging the status quo when necessary.
* Create workflow cases to resolve queries through our client services telephony team and respond to processing team requests regarding document issues.
* Contribute to delivering excellent service quality to all customers.
