Restaurant Shift Manager (Fixed-Term)

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily running of shifts, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
* Lead and support the team, creating a positive and proactive working environment.
* Achieve budgeted shift sales targets and ensure effective colleague deployment.
* Communicate clearly with the team to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure compliance with Center Parcs’ service and brand expectations.
Hours of Work
The role requires straight shifts, contracted to work 150 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Shifts fall between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm and include working 3 out of 4 weekends. The village is open 365 days; you may work public and bank holidays, and during Christmas or New Year on a rota basis.
