Responsibilities
* Pass an enhanced safeguarding check.
* Deliver pharmacy services on flexible days shift, including weekend working.
* Provide warm, friendly service to customers, discussing personal health issues, resolving problems, and recommending appropriate products.
* Accurately assemble and process prescriptions.
* Promote Pharmacy’s extra services (Prescription Collection Service, Pharmacy First, NHS Blood Pressure checks, New Medicine Service).
* Support the Pharmacist in delivery and record‑keeping of patient services.
* Develop understanding of strict Standard Operating Procedures and work according to these standards.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Good computer skills.
* Problem solving and a passion for helping people and providing care.
* Capable of working safely and following SOPs.
