Role - IT Hardware Technician (IMAC)
Role type - Permanent, full time
Location - Office based, Crawley (Three Bridges)
Working hours - 9:00am - 5:30pm, Mon - Fri
Salary - up to £25,000 per annum
Are you passionate about tech, hands-on work, and delivering great customer experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Hardware Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy taking things apart, fixing them, understanding how they work — and providing top‑tier customer communication — this role is for you.
* Sorting, grading, and preparing PCs, laptops, and monitors
* Working on day-to-day installs, migrations, additions, and changes
* Checking internal components and cables for damage
* Testing, troubleshooting, and auditing devices
* Accurately updating stock in our inventory/PSA system
* Packing equipment safely for shipment
* Following technical documentation and processes
* Communicating clearly with customers and providing excellent service
* Maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
* Adhering to safety processes and correctly using PPE
What we are looking for
* A genuine interest in IT hardware — professional or hobbyist
* Great customer communication skills (written & verbal)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work under pressure
* Reliable, motivated, and able to learn quickly
* Comfortable working at pace in a target-driven environment
* Able to follow written documentation accurately
* Experience in customer service
* Experience in an MSP environment or PSA tools (nice to have)

Experience with basic administration in:
* Microsoft 365
* Active Directory / On-prem servers
* Printers & scanners
* Common business applications
