Qualifications
* A relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
* English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills.
* Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years.
* Strong communication skills and a team player.
* Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children.
* Full right to work in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Provide the best experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus.
* Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.
* Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps.
* Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Be a role model to the children and your fellow colleagues.
