A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE to join its highly regarded Employment team in London. The Role You will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: Advising on misconduct, grievances, and sickness absence TUPE advice and drafting Employment Tribunal litigation (including advocacy where required) Settlement Agreements for employers and employees Industrial relations and strike action Restructures and due diligence on projects with a people aspect The role also offers opportunities to deliver client training, support partners on complex matters, and contribute to business development initiatives. About You Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3-6 years' PQE in Employment Law Strong technical ability and commercial awareness Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships Highly organised with attention to detail and resilience under pressure Desirable: Knowledge of pensions law, social housing, data protection, and experience conducting investigations.
