This is a unique opportunity to work with young people aged 11-19 who have EHCPs and complex needs, including Autism, MLD, PMLD, SLD, and complex health requirements. The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work 1:1 or in small groups to support students' learning, development, and wellbeing. Build positive, meaningful relationships with pupils to motivate, engage, and nurture them. Collaborate closely with teaching staff as part of a supportive, dynamic team.
