Your purpose:
As part of our Nuclear New Build business, our Project Delivery Capability team specializes in complex engineering projects, from technical leadership to project management. With strong relationships with major stakeholders in the nuclear sector, we offer a stimulating variety of work across the UK, Europe, and Middle East, in both the Large Civil Nuclear and emerging New Nuclear Technologies markets.
In this role, you will work across our Nuclear New Build business, either leading engineering project delivery or embedded within our clients’ programs. We provide ongoing on-the-job training and support to help you grow. We are recruiting mainly in Bristol and Epsom, where you will join diverse teams supporting key projects like Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, and the UK EPR design center. Travel to client sites across the UK will be expected as needed.

* Managing work packages under guidance of senior project managers.
* Delivering projects within margin, schedule, and quality targets.
* Adhering to procedures and standards.
Ideal candidate qualities:
* Excellent communication skills and motivation in dynamic environments.
* Keen to learn and support team members.
* Experience in project management to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Stakeholder management experience.
* Familiarity with PM tools like MS Project, Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, JDE.
