* 8pm - 8am shifts on a rolling rota, including some weekend working
* Contracts available: 3 nights per week (33 hours) or 4 nights per week (44 hours) according to preference

What does a Night Care Assistant role involve?
Working nights at Oak Springs offers the opportunity to make a real difference during the quiet hours. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and bedtime routines in a respectful and dignified manner.
* Providing reassurance and companionship to residents, especially those who may need additional support during the night.
* Monitoring and responding to residents' needs, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night.
* Undertaking light domestic tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the home.
* Assisting with the administration of care plans and reporting any concerns or changes in residents' well-being.
* Participating in relevant training to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s expertise.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and consistent, person-centred care for our residents.
What are we looking for?
We value individuals who are passionate about making a difference in others' lives. To excel as a Night Care Assistant you should have:
* A compassionate and patient nature, with a positive attitude toward caring for others.
* A genuine interest in health and social care – previous experience is a plus, but not essential, as training will be provided.
* Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends, as part of a supportive team.
* Strong observation skills and the ability to respond calmly and confidently to varied situations.
