Maximum term contract - Monday to Friday from 8:30am till 4:30pm

Key responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Security and Recovery

* Adopt, promote, and train in Cybersecurity best practices
* Disaster Recovery

Desktop computing

* Installing computers and devices for replacement projects
* Accurately record, update requests using the IT service desk system
* IT Asset management, inventory, and documentation

Computer Projects

* Booking devices, preparing, deploying, charging, returning, and accounting
* Ensure audio-visual setup and functionality for events and meetings
* Video production assistance: recording and editing
* Managing digital signage content and schedules
* User and guest Wi-Fi connectivity and support

User accounts

* Gmail accounts
* Pronote account management and communication with parents
* O365 license assignment
* Eduka and MYOB account management

Software

* Preparing and deploying computer images
* iPad application licensing and deployment, MDM

Infrastructure

* Bell scheduling, tones, and resampling
* Turnstile system administration and card reading
* Telephone system movements, changes, and documentation

Training

* Delivering training and user inductions to develop general computing skills of staff
* Creating training videos and screencasts
* Creating, maintaining, and publishing support documentation


Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills:

* Relevant industry or professional qualifications
* Strong communication skills; French speaking is a bonus but not mandatory
* Ability to prioritize, manage, and perform to meet customer service expectations
* Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
* Maintain confidentiality

Technical Skills:

* Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
* Implementation and support of TCP/IP networks
* Windows technical expertise
