Location: Northwest London, NW10 Duration: 6 months Rate: £400 - £450/day IR35: Inside via umbrella company Carrington West are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading civils contractor, looking for a Utilities Coordinator to join their team on the tunnels section of HS2. As the Utilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Working closely with the Utility Surveyors by ensuring all underground and overheard services are clearly marked, following PAS128 standards Brief workers about any services in their work area, including exclusion zones. Ensure permits are being follows and teams have the most accurate information before starting work in their zone. Help keep the services model up to date as work progresses. Requirements: Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally for a tier one contractor on a civil engineering project. Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 5 in Utility Mapping and Surveying. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the utilities industry. Proficient in use of AutoCAD. Good understanding of PAS128 and coding system.
