Location: Hellaby, Rotherham (onsite)

Employment: Permanent, full time. Shift work to include nights and weekends

What you’ll Do


We are actively seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our site in Hellaby to ensure peak performance and safety with expert mechanical repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance on high-volume production machinery.


This is an onsite role where you will work on a 6-day rota shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

* Prioritise safety and uphold high standards.
* Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
* Conduct fault finding on various machinery types.
* Handle basic electrical fault finding.
* Install and maintain plant equipment.
* Engage in fabrication, sheet metal work, welding, and brazing.
* Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
* Maintain equipment to company standards.
* Use precision tools and instruments effectively.
* Comply with health and safety regulations.
* Read and interpret detailed machine drawings.

* Possess basic knowledge of health and safety practices.


Requirements

* A Practical Engineering Qualification to NVQ Level 3 Standard.
* Strong on the job experience
