Role: Registered Care Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary and benefits: Up to £42,000 basic, up to £10,000bonus OTE

Main Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of the branch to ensure that it isefficient, profitable and provides the highest standard of care to allcustomers.
* Holding the CQC/CIW registration for the branchand ensure that it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines.
* Maintain and grow carer numbers by actively recruiting newteam members and guiding them through the recruitment process.
* Actively seek new business opportunities and support thecommercial growth of the branch.
* Regularly review theoperation of the branch to ensure that all customer needs are met.
* Ensure that all policies and procedures are communicated andimplemented effectively within the branch.
* Support branchstaff and carers with their training and development.
About You
To be successful in thisrole you’ll need to have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or bewilling to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you’ll need tohave knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in linewith CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sectorat management level. You’ll also need to have a full UK drivinglicence and access to your own vehicle.
