INTERNAL APPLICANTS MUST APPLY VIA MYSELF NLC6 £28,665 - £30,467 (Pro Rata) Based within various locations within North Lanarkshire, you will work within our Sports Development Team, to support and assist in the development and delivery of sports activity programmes throughout North Lanarkshire, in this particular role you will focus on the delivery of support to users of our Gymnastics classes. The objectives are to improve the health and wellbeing of participants whilst encouraging positive attitudes towards physical activity and the community. Must be qualified in a gymnastics discipline at Level 1 or above. Alternatively, can only apply if enrolled onto Level 1 Gymnastics course with exam taking place this year. You must possess a relevant qualification in the appropriate sports or activity discipline and as part of a strong, established team of coaches, you will be responsible for planning, organising and delivery the sport activity. You will be a dynamic and experienced sports coach who will inspire young people to achieve their full potential and to deliver top quality sessions. You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
