We are a small friendly team dedicated to supporting your career progression. We would love you to join us and contribute to our mission of applying psychology to make a difference for children and young people in the borough, focusing on Education and Learning’s three key areas: attendance, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Teamwork and collaboration are central to our approach. We strive to find innovative ways to apply psychology in our practice. We are committed to consultation, collaboration, and communication, embracing person-centred and strengths-based approaches. We are interested in various psychological paradigms, especially positive psychology. Although primarily a statutory service, we are developing an emerging traded offer through TESSA, which we aim to strengthen and expand.

We actively encourage professional development, including offering TEP placements and various supervision opportunities. Our team works closely with partner agencies and contributes to developments across St Helens.
