About the Role As a Business Analyst, youll play a key role in helping our business operate more efficiently and effectively. Youll work closely with our Managing Director and stakeholders across the business to analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support projects that make a real difference to how we work. Your insights will help shape strategies, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity across the UK&I Operations team. What Youll Be Doing Collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational data including KPIs, performance trends, and key metrics. Creating clear, informative reports and dashboards that bring data to life and highlight opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance and People Business Partners, to review and refine processes. Investigating issues, presenting your findings to leadership, and recommending actionable solutions. Supporting the delivery of operational projects tracking progress, timelines, and key milestones. Building strong, collaborative relationships across teams to ensure our strategies align with business goals. Ensuring data quality and consistency, and driving initiatives to enhance accuracy and value. Providing regular updates on data-related activities and supporting colleagues with insights that help the whole UK&I business thrive. What Were Looking For To succeed in this role, youll bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights. Confidence using analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, D365, and Microsoft Excel. Proven experience in business analysis, operations, or administration. A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine desire to help teams succeed and make processes better for everyone.
