We're expanding into new clinical specialties and international markets, providing significant growth opportunities. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This role will act as a trusted partner to managers and senior leaders, providing pragmatic HR support across a wide range of people-related matters. The ideal candidate will be confident managing employee relations casework, have strong data analysis skills (particularly in Excel), and bring experience from a comparable organisation with a headcount of 200 employees and operational frontline staff. Key Responsibilities: Partner with managers to provide advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations issues. Manage end-to-end casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and capability. Develop, interpret, and present HR reports and metrics using Excel to support decision-making and highlight workforce trends. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives. Coach and upskill line managers to build people management capability. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and policies. Ensure HR practices are legally compliant and aligned with company values. Build strong relationships across the organisation, particularly with operational and frontline teams. Lead on the creation, maintenance and regular updating of HR policies to ensure compliance with employment law and best practice. Accountabilities: Timely and accurate resolution of HR casework in line with best practice and employment law. Delivery of accurate workforce reports and insights to senior leadership. Maintenance of high-quality HR data and compliance with GDPR. Demonstrating continuous improvement and contributing to a proactive HR service. Ensuring HR policies are regularly reviewed, updated, and compliant with employment law and organisational needs. Essential Person Specification: Proven HRBP or HR Advisor experience within an organisation of 200 employees. Strong employee relations background with hands-on case management experience. Advanced Excel skills, including ability to produce, analyse, and interpret workforce data. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly. Demonstrated experience in policy development, maintenance and implementation. Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Desirable Person Specification: Experience working in healthcare, clinical services, or another highly regulated sector. Exposure to HR systems and HR analytics tools beyond Excel. Experience supporting change management and organisational development projects.
