We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production team member to join our Patisserie operations. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and production of high-quality dessert items. Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of Patisserie items according to established recipes and standards.
* Assist in the baking process, ensuring that all products meet quality specifications.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the production patisserie, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in food production or preparation is highly desirable.
* Strong Patisserie skills with a focus on cooking and baking techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within a patisserie environment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail .

Pay: £26,420.00-£31,000.00 per year
