About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day food and service delivery across the school. This role is essential in ensuring pupils, staff, and visitors receive high-quality, nutritious meals served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK's leading contract caterers, providing fresh, innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each school.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing catering operations and supporting the GM and the team
* Handling stock orders and maintaining inventory
* Serving on the allergy counter
* Supporting processing invoices and updating stock records
* Coordinating hospitality orders
* Uploading and maintaining menus
Qualifications
Candidate Profile:
* Ideally have experience working within contract, or high-volume catering
* Possess a good Health & Safety knowledge
* Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer-focused
* Fun and enthusiastic
* Have excellent organisation skills
* Demonstrate great attention to detail
* Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team
* Possess great customer service skills
* Have a flexible approach to work
