What you will be doing
· You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
· You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
· Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
· Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
· Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
· Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme.
· Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections
· Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.
· Creating content for social media platforms.

· You will have previous front facing, customer service experience in a similar role.

8 hours shifts, working 5 days over 7. Includes regular evening and weekend work.
