You must have experience of working at clinical level 7 and be able to prove that from your MSK competencies at application. A senior physiotherapist or FCP looking for an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist role. Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care. A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities. Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC). Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management. Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways. Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP. Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal. Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change. Experience of developing team members. A passion for treating people holistically, integrating with other services and addressing health inequalities.
Responsibilities
Main duties: We at Cora Health are looking for an Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinician to join a large multidisciplinary team in Wakefield. Deliver high-quality patient-centred care, undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with MSK conditions, formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes, ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge, develop personalised treatment plans, perform surgical and non-surgical procedures, and provide preventative care and education. Work closely with patients to develop personalised treatment plans and ensure effective treatment and discharge.
