Salary: Base salary of £30,000.00 plus Veolia Benefits Package
Location: Dunfermline
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Programme Duration: 2‑year programme starting 2 September

Roles and Responsibilities
* Research options and identify potential solutions across industry and other sectors worldwide
* Support the business in meeting contractual and regulatory requirements through engineering projects
* Develop project deliverables and progress projects through the full lifecycle: feasibility, development, implementation and handover
* Work directly with engineers and operators on the plant
* Support operational and maintenance activities
* Manage projects through feasibility, design, supply chain and handover to users
* Lead stakeholder management and contractor coordination
* Gain exposure to all aspects of a commercial water company and Veolia’s Industrial Services and Energy offerings, with potential front‑line management experience
Qualifications
* Degree‑level qualification in Engineering (to be achieved by September 2026)
* Commitment to continuous learning and development
* Excellent problem‑solving skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiastic, creative and solution‑oriented thinker
* Driving licence (or willingness to obtain one)
