Nitron have technical centres in the UK, USA and Japan giving us the ability to produce pioneering innovative custom suspension manufactured in-house whether that for aftermarket or OEM (original equipment manufacturer).
We are now seeking to appoint a Customer Service/Sales Advisor to join us. Working as part of our dynamic team, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best quality service whilst forming positive industry relationships and maintaining business priorities. A keen interest in cars and/or motorcycles is preferred and the successful candidate must be autonomous and tenacious.
This role is a full time permanent position based in our international headquarters in the heart of England’s well-known ‘Motorsport Valley’ in Witney, Oxfordshire.
You will mainly be responsible for:
* Prioritising and processing customer communication via telephone and email
* Quotation and sales order processing
* Providing customer sales support to existing and potential new accounts
* Maintaining customer-related data including order entry and administration
* Delivering great customer service
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate:
* Strong customer relations skills (verbal and written)
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
* Ability to apply critical thinking principles and remain flexible
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft applications
* Knowledge of Sage Line 50 preferred but not essential
* Passionate about cars or/and motorcycles.
